Classic Yorkshire

Classic Yorkshire has been going for two years now and we have been gathering a good number of followers and subscribers. However, many of our newer followers are not really aware of who we are or what we stand for. So if you know all this then I apologise.

Classic Yorkshire is an enthusiast run BLOG that provides information about classic and prestige cars, and events. Whilst we report national and even international stories we are particularly keen to tell Yorkshire based stories. When it comes to events we like to promote local events as well as the national shows. This also applies to businesses that support the classic car industry.

Founder and editor, Mike Cowlam had 15 years of experience organising classic car events. He also has a long and unsuccessful amateur career in motorsport trying circuit racing, hill climbing and a bit of rallying. Mike has also freelanced as a writer and photographer with work published in a number national magazines. Classic Yorkshire correspondent Tony Lofthouse is a long standing classic car enthusiast and a professional writer and public relations expert.

We provide our content for free and meet all the costs ourselves. All we ask in return is that you subscribe to our blog (not just our social media). We do not sell subscribers addresses or pass your information to any third party. It is important that we get as many subscribers as possible as it is one of the criteria for event press passes, helping to keep our costs down.

If you enjoy Classic Yorkshire then support us by subscribing.
